Let me say first that I almost always refuse to look at anything being sold by a used car dealership. But when my fiancé literally spent months looking for the car he wanted, we had no choice. We found 2 Audi A5 Premium Plus S-line cars for sale within driving distance from our home in Oregon. The closest one was a dealership that gave us a negative experience, to say the least, so I was weary. From the moment we made contact with Mike at Idaho Auto Investments, our experience was awesome. The guys here went above and beyond for us, making sure we got there safely and didn’t leave without our car. They were there late waiting for us with a big red bow on the car when we got there (nice little touch!), and worked with us for days to finalize. The attention to detail and vehicle knowledge was incredible. I’d recommend this dealership to anyone, and am extremely happy with our purchase!! It was more than worth the 8 hour drive, Mike’s professionalism was unparalleled, and the owner was very welcoming and incredibly friendly. We felt like family! I’ll be keeping an eye on the inventory, we will definitely be back!! Thanks guys!!

Bought a mini van here a few days ago, so far so good. I found the purchase experience to be fair and considerate, and the price to be very competitive. They explained their business model, and informed me of what services had been completed prior to the sale. They also provided a complete CarFax report. This is a used vehicle, with relatively high mileage for its age, so I am prepared to address any issues that may arise. I got a good feeling from this company, and would recommend IAI to anyone in the market for a previously owned vehicle.

The owner of IAI is one of the kindest, most generous people I've had the pleasure of meeting. My aunt and I broke down on the i-84 westbound offramp to Eagle Rd and no one was willing to stop and help us except Justin. He helped us push our car and called a tow truck on our behalf as well and drove us personally to his nearest mechanics shop where he had his entire team trying to help us get back on the road. So greatful for his help and the help of his employees. Definitely worth the five stars.
